I love to check the flower beds for budding life and the promise of beautiful blooms. (It feels a little like a divine reminder that God is still in the garden with us!)
It’s fun to just fill the bird feeders and watch our feathered friends arrive and appreciate their unexpected treat.
Taking a morning trek in the woods to hunt for morel mushrooms.
No planning required to just sit on the deck and spend some time taking in the fresh air and soaking in some warmer sunshine as we intentionally and quietly pray and mindfully welcome another hope, another spring of our life.

I like to plant a half barrel full of herbs and nurture daily with water and TLC. I use them fresh in eggs, etc. and dry them before winter comes!
