Beautifully written. I'm inspired to extend my gratitude to those around me, especially those who are working so hard to make my life easier. Thank you for sharing these examples we can follow. Loving the idea of a quick picture as well! While I enjoy Journaling, its definitely not always an option especially while out and about.
