I remember with fondness that extra-long day spent at the mall with my parents and siblings, picking out new outfits and just-right school supplies. It\u2019s been many, many years since I\u2019ve stepped foot inside a classroom, but I still miss the idea of a fresh start each September.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s taken me a long time to accept that you can have a fresh start whenever you need one. You don\u2019t need to wait for a new school year or a new calendar year to trigger that change. At any point in your life you can decide to start things anew.<\/p>\n<p>In two weeks, I\u2019ll be moving into a new office. To mark the occasion, I\u2019ve decided to take myself back-to-school shopping. Instead of new clothes and a super cool binder, I\u2019ll be buying new file folders, a couple plants, and far too many cute notebooks and pens of all colors. I\u2019m looking forward to being in a new-to-me space that I can fill with things that make me happy when I\u2019m at work.<\/p>\n<p>Is your life in need of a refresh or even a restart? Consider the new school as a time to start anew. Start a new hobby. Find a new workout you like. Liven-up your wardrobe.
